Arrival:

  • Monday, June 15
  • Dorm check‑in & registration: 2:00 PM
  • Conference begins with dinner: 5:00 PM

Departure:

  • Saturday, June 20
  • Leave LI facility before 10:00 AM

🧭 Airport Pickup (DCA Only)

To request LTIA staff assistance from DCA → Conference Center:

Send your flight schedule before June 1 to the LTIA travel assistant.

If you arrive early or staff is delayed:

  • Go to baggage claim
  • LTIA staff will meet you inside baggage claim

🛬 If You Use Another Airport

BWI (Baltimore):

  • Take the MARC train to the Metro system
  • LTIA staff cannot meet you at BWI

IAD (Dulles):

  • Arrange a taxi or shuttle to the Metro or directly to the venue
  • LTIA staff cannot meet you at IAD

Travel time from BWI or IAD to the venue: ~45 minutes

🌙 Early Arrivals

If you arrive before June 15, stay at a hotel near the airport. LTIA staff may not be available for early assistance.
