To request LTIA staff assistance from DCA → Conference Center:
Send your flight schedule before June 1 to the LTIA travel assistant.
If you arrive early or staff is delayed:
- Go to baggage claim
- LTIA staff will meet you inside baggage claim

🛬 If You Use Another Airport
BWI (Baltimore):
- Take the MARC train to the Metro system
- LTIA staff cannot meet you at BWI
IAD (Dulles):
- Arrange a taxi or shuttle to the Metro or directly to the venue
- LTIA staff cannot meet you at IAD
Travel time from BWI or IAD to the venue: ~45 minutes

If you arrive before June 15, stay at a hotel near the airport. LTIA staff may not be available for early assistance.
