    The primary desire of LTIA staff is to minister to students. This is crucial in the consideration of applicants. In light of this, please describe your ministry experience and how you believe it will contribute to the LTIA conference.

    Rumors, backbiting, and unresolved interpersonal issues divide people of God. Matthew 18:15-17 is clear about how to handle disagreements, misunderstandings, and troubled feelings. Do you agree to talk only with the person(s) who has/have offended you, and not talk to anyone else about the offense until you have worked through the problem in the proper Biblical steps?

    Do you welcome a person that you have offended coming directly to you to resolve the issue, and if the issue is not resolved, proceeding through this Biblical process?
