Grow your network. Strengthen your influence. Lead with a Biblical worldview.
LTIA exists to help students build the kind of professional connections that open doors — in ministry, in leadership, and in life. When you connect with LTIA, you’re joining a community of young adults, mentors, and leaders who are committed to serving Christ with clarity, courage, and conviction.
Network with LTIA, and let us help you expand your opportunities to serve your church, your campus, and your community.
1. Establish Your Professional Identity
Choose one consistent version of your name and use it across all platforms. This helps people find you easily and recognize your professional identity.
Add a clear, friendly profile photo and a short bio that highlights your interests, skills, and commitment to leadership. Your profile should reflect the character and calling you want to be known for.
Remember: employers, mentors, and other leaders will look for you online. Make sure what they find represents you well.
2. Build Your Network Intentionally
Connect with people who share your values, your goals, and your desire to influence the world for Christ.
Start by connecting with LTIA:
- Follow LTIA staff on LinkedIn
- Like LTIA on Facebook and Instagram
- Follow @LTIofA on X.com
These connections help you join a community of young leaders, mentors, and professionals who can support your growth.
3. Share Content That Reflects Your Values
Post things that demonstrate:
- Thoughtful leadership
- Biblical worldview thinking
- Service to your church and community
- Personal growth and learning
Avoid content that distracts from your testimony or undermines your credibility.
4. Engage Professionally
Comment respectfully. Ask good questions. Share helpful insights. Encourage others.
Your tone online should match the character you want to be known for offline.
5. Share LTIA as Part of Your Leadership Story
If LTIA has shaped your thinking, share it. Post ltia.org on your website, blog, or social platforms to help others discover the same training and opportunities.
(If posting in a text widget, use single quotes. In WordPress, paste into the Text editor, not the Visual editor.)
6. Keep Growing Your Network
Your network grows as you grow. Stay connected. Stay engaged. Stay teachable. Let LTIA help you build relationships that strengthen your leadership and expand your influence for Christ.
