The Leadership Training Institute of America (LTIA) conducts its national conference in the Steven P.J. Wood Building in Arlington, Virginia, just minutes from Washington, D.C.
The facilities serve as the headquarters for the Leadership Institute (LI) organization, which was founded in 1979 by its president, Morton C. Blackwell.
Included in the facilities is the F.M. Kirby National Training Center where LTIA training takes place in classrooms that are integrated with an audio visual system and a fully equipped kitchen.
LTIA students are housed in separate men’s and women’s dormitories located on the premises.
